🤍 What are your plushies made of?
Each plushie is handmade using soft, high-quality materials chosen for comfort and durability. Because they’re handmade, small variations may occur, making every piece unique.
🧸 Are your plushies one-of-a-kind?
Most of my plushies are either one-of-a-kind or made in very small batches. Once they’re sold out, they may not come back exactly the same.
📦 How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after being shipped.
🚚 Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
🎁 Do you offer gift packaging?
All orders are packaged with care to feel special when they arrive. At this time, I don’t offer separate gift wrap options, but everything is designed to feel gift-ready.
🔄 What is your return or exchange policy?
Due to the handmade nature of each plushie, I currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right.
🧼 How do I care for my plushie?
To keep your plushie looking its best:
- Spot clean gently with a damp cloth
- Avoid machine washing if possible
- Let air dry

✨ Will you restock sold-out items?
Some designs may return, but many are limited and won’t be restocked exactly the same. If you see something you love, it’s best to grab it while it’s available 🤍
